呢間炸雞店剛剛進駐香港嘅時候曾經引起一陣騷動,每逢食飯時間排隊嘅人龍長到不得了。估唔到時間飛快,原來佢哋奧海城呢間分店都已經開業一周年,終於搵到去食呢間韓國炸雞界嘅名牌店。呢度最出名食炸雞,雖然得兩個人,但係為咗試多啲味道,都嗌咗兩份半半炸雞,一次過試晒四款味道!🤣有醬汁嘅炸雞分別嗌咗秘製黑炸雞同埋辣卡邦尼年糕炸雞。黑醬油味係佢哋嘅招牌,鹹鹹甜甜嘅味道平衡得好好,而且仲配上咗香脆嘅炸蒜片,香脆嘅口感係口中爆發;辣卡邦尼年糕炸雞可以一次過滿足咗食年糕同埋炸雞嘅願望,而且韓國辣醬配卡邦尼汁不嬲係韓國食品嘅招牌醬汁,卡邦尼汁大大降低咗辣度,所以小小辣味但又夠惹味!乾身嘅炸雞就嗌咗Corn so amazing,呢款我覺得最好食,香甜嘅粟米粉令到炸雞同埋粟米嘅味道昇華到另外一個層次,而且因為係調味粉嘅關係,所以炸雞仲係keep住好香脆,唔會俾啲醬汁浸到腍咗;另外一款就嗌咗紫菜脆脆炸雞,呢一款仲有一片片韓國好出名嘅紫菜脆片,韓味十足。整體嚟講呢度嘅雞脂肪含量比較少,所以一啲都唔肥膩,而且用咗鮮焗後炸嘅方法,所以外皮係超級香脆,不過與此同時可能因為煮嘅工序多咗,就會偏乾少少,不過撈埋啲醬汁一齊食,

整體嚟講呢度嘅雞脂肪含量比較少,所以一啲都唔肥膩,而且用咗鮮焗後炸嘅方法,所以外皮係超級香脆,不過與此同時可能因為煮嘅工序多咗,就會偏乾少少,不過撈埋啲醬汁一齊食,就balance返晒👌🏻

同埋好值得一讚佢哋嘅職員都好好,又面帶笑容,好值得一讚👍🏻
