呢幢大廈開咗之後都有幾次過嚟搵食,上次食咗個台灣野,今次試吓韓國嘢啦。喺門口出邊見到佢有90分鐘炸雞任食,不過真係怕太熱氣所以都係叫返其他韓國菜式。前菜。叫了泡菜豬肉飯,使用五花腩片,肥瘦均勻,肉質唔會太乾又有咬口配上微辣爽脆泡菜,送飯一流,應該可以食到三碗飯。炸雞叫咗蜜糖牛油味,一疊有四件,雞既size好平均亦算大舊,炸粉唔厚,咬落好多肉汁,啖啖肉。醬汁味道剛剛好,唔會太濃而蓋過雞本身既鮮味。嫩豆腐湯配雜菜,豆腐配上熱辣辣既湯係絕配,湯辣度剛剛好,雜菜好多,唔會話煮到爛果種,保留菜既爽脆口感。
