每次經過食口褔都見到玻璃櫃入邊大大隻既炸雞脾,但因為每次經過都係放工時間,一返屋企就食飯,所以都未試過。實在忍唔住要試一試,雞脾係一早炸熟再放炸爐返熱後再撤少少華鹽係底同面。雖然係返炸但依然充滿肉汁,而皮亦都夠香口。比起依家外邊食到果啲炸豉油雞脾實在好好多倍。雞脾黎講食口褔總對係入流,但見佢其他既出品就真係非常一般,不過一間餐廳有一樣照牌野都夠啦?
