之前喺中環試過一次京川菜之後就好想再試吓食呢啲香辣串燒,今次搵到尖沙咀呢一間大樹燒烤。同樣都係以自助形式畫紙仔剔想食嘅嘢落單,而且可以比你的小辣點鐘呀定係大啦,我哋兩個唔太好辣野,所以小辣已經好夠啦。鹵烤雞架($48): 好似辣子雞咁,但係就冇咗所有辣椒,見到上面沈左辣椒粉,但係略嫌有啲太多,太overpowering。完全食唔到雞嘅味道🤔大樹燒全翼($23): 燒到外皮脆脆咁樣好正,所有食物上枱時都會擺喺熱爐上邊,唔怕食完一樣其他會凍晒。燒雞中翼($20): 一串有兩隻,但係自己較鍾意全翼多啲,就咁食雞中翼好似唔係好夠喉。岩鹽安格斯($68):呢個係比較失望嘅,上菜嘅時候一碟得幾塊,而且切得好薄身,係有少少鹽味嘅,但係唔係好夠熱,本身諗住擺落熱爐嗰度坐熱佢,但係咁樣又會變得好韌…所以都係快快脆脆食咗佢就算。五花肉蟹柳卷($28): 正正常常,就係五花肉包着蟹柳,但係熱辣辣係幾好食嘅。鮮烤白鱔($48):比想像中大嚿,一串有一嚿長嘅,烤得好脆,而且冇因為調味料而蓋過咗魚味,值得推介。燒翠玉瓜($16),燒四季豆($16): 正正常常冇乜特別。粒粒粟米串($28): 呢個反而好有驚喜,記

五花肉蟹柳卷($28): 正正常常,就係五花肉包着蟹柳,但係熱辣辣係幾好食嘅。


鮮烤白鱔($48):比想像中大嚿,一串有一嚿長嘅,烤得好脆,而且冇因為調味料而蓋過咗魚味,值得推介。


燒翠玉瓜($16),燒四季豆($16): 正正常常冇乜特別。


粒粒粟米串($28): 呢個反而好有驚喜,記得以前去大陸食嗰啲粟米係好煙韌嘅,印象中好似有一種叫做糯米粟,呢一次食到嘅正正就係好似糯米粟咁嘅口感。有10吋,每一寸都係逐粒逐粒咁樣穿上竹籤,加埋啲孜然粉真係好正!!


蒜香豆腐皮($22): 係一塊大嘅豆腐皮包住蒜蓉同埋蔥,鍾意食蒜蓉嘅朋友,千祈唔好錯過。


避風塘魷魚($48): 雖然主角係串燒,但係反而呢啲小食都煮得幾好。呢個避風塘魷魚好夠味鹹鹹地,再加上脆脆地,好開胃,送酒一流。


炸雞薯片($38): 呢個真係第一次食,本身諗住係一片好薄好薄嘅麥樂雞咁,但係反而真係有炸雞嘅質感,係真嘅雞片,切得好薄再拎去炸,再加上甜辣醬,好特別!


總結:其實落單之前待應已經將個爐烘熱左,有幾次都係完全唔記得啲嘢係仲係熱嘅情況之下,就咁食落口,爭啲辣親個咀😂個人覺得調味好重要,呢度就充分發展咗調味料嘅作用,每一串都好惹味,但係間中都要飲幾啖水黎你平衡返,自己覺得好適合一大班朋友傾偈,過一晚豪邁嘅一夜!
