To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 希慎廣場食店如雲，不時轉轉新口味，這晚走過，見到熱辣辣的炸雞脾，忍不住停下來。主打香口食物、台式飲品，皆是夜市熱門。例如炸雞牌、滷肉、牛肉麵、香腿、珍珠奶茶、果茶等。香酥炸雞腿便當 $63炸雞腿的確出色，非常有夜市的味道，相信是新鮮高溫快炸而成，雞皮酥香極脆，同時能保持𥚃面肉汁，水準之上。但鹽分有點高，幸好配上很多素菜，粟米粒、粉絲、黃芽白、亦有鹹菜，白飯上有汁，整體感覺豐富。台灣夜市香腸 +$25皮脆熱辣辣，有脂肪含量，帶甜好吃。百芳牛肉麵 $66牛肉湯頭帶點辣，湯清味厚，淨喝有些鹹甜交織，回甘在口都幾好味。牛筋腩肉，來自不同部位，有脂肪的入味鬆軟，有些卻帶咬口，入味有肉汁。還配了半隻烚蛋、紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔、青菜及榨菜，口感豐富多元。粗身麵條，滑而有靱力。玫瑰鐵觀音茶拿鐵 +$19相比港式奶茶，有點水汪汪的感覺，台式飲法不同，味道涼涼地有點甜，始終是鐵觀音茶，玫瑰香就太現，都幾好飲。野莓果茶 +$15顏色深，味酸甜，就是野莓果汁的味道，好飲。
