To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

介紹一間喺西環的上海面食，坐落於水街腳。舖頭不大，今日禮拜五八點到店鋪堂食都花左時間等。等待大約15分鐘，終於入左去个卡位。叫左東菇餃子排骨面，$52。好足料，湯底清，冬菇和餃子都好大隻，餃子皮薄料多。招牌排骨不算大塊 不夠鬆化香脆，炸得略為过火了，而且無咩味。上海面幼身，比較軟腍，但絕對吳會浸到淋哂，煮得啱啱好。下次想試炸荳腐，雞球，紫菜腐皮卷用即棄餐具，下次我會自備餐具。服務幾好，友善有效率，衛生又好食的老字號價錢親民
