Indeed the chicken leg is huge and good tasting! The marination is precise with a hint of sweet and cumin, and is complex and aromatic. The skin is very crispy, and I appreciate this type of deep fry without a very thick batter. The coloration may be a bit deep but the meat is not dry at all, very juicy. The curry sauce is, on the other hand, not particularly good, spicy enough but not really aromatic.
