To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蛋粉一碗有四粒，另有兩塊炸魚片。喝一口湯底，雖然是奶白色，但味道很淡。魚蛋雖然仍舊有魚味，但味道卻比以前淡了；幸好魚蛋尚算彈牙；炸魚片厚度比平時得厚一點，圓圓的頗大塊，魚味比魚蛋還要好，滿有彈性。片頭河只有一塊炸魚片頭，其他的都是炸魚片。魚片頭雖然和炸魚片相似，但較厚身，吃起來口感較好。
