To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放工今晚去到康城站見客見完個客已經五點幾六點非常之肚餓首爾之後去到康城站呢個大商場度搵嘢食見到呢間清湯牛腩店就即刻入去醫下肚一坐低有理冇理就被呢個咖喱牛腩吸引咗所以就叫咗一個咖喱牛腩河粉另外同行嘅同事就叫咗牛腩擔擔麵之後我哋就叫多咗一份炸魚皮做小食呢度嘅咖喱牛腩都非常之咁大碗河粉起碼有出邊1.5個面底而且佢嘅咖喱非常之甘香隆重配合埋主導林晒嘅薯仔牛腩雖然冇指定要咩部位但係啱啱佢比我嘅就係爽南緯所以肉味濃郁之餘仲更加食到少少筋肉位嘅部位非常之咁爽口以朋友嘅擔擔面湯底都非常之咁出色面底唔會有多餘嘅鹼水味上面嘅牛腩份量都好多食得非常之咁滋味炸魚皮非常之咁大兜兩個人根本都唔會食得晒之後跟餐叫埋嗰杯熱奶茶奶味都非常之咁濃郁今次嘅醫肚非常之咁特別
