To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚係大埔搵食，求其行入一間西餐廳Route83，menu既選擇都幾多，重點係價錢平，份量多眼闊肚窄，最後食唔曬要打包榛子朱古力 $34好濃郁既朱古力味加淡淡既榛子味，上面有好多cream賣相唔錯大大杯幾抵飲白酒炒青口 $58酒味唔算太重，青口都幾鮮味size適中，份量都幾多83雜錦pizza $70見到隔離枱個pizza好吸引，我地又忍唔住叫咗份份量好多丫，材料都好豐富，超多芝士，仲有辣肉，菠蘿等等，薄餅皮唔算厚，夠香口，不過整體味道偏咸，適合中意濃味既朋友三文魚黑松露意粉 $68煙三文魚整到玫瑰花既形狀，而且都有好多片意粉味道唔算濃，而且有小小偏乾炸魚薯條 $68 有三大舊魚塊加薯條丫，魚肉幾新鮮夠厚，口感都幾嫩，朋友都大讚抵食夾大件，外層脆卜卜，而且炸到一粒粒凸起，更加脆又好味旁邊仲有沙律菜，不過唔算太fresh
