To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是夜跟長輩吃晚飯,奧海城添好運一向是他們的"飯堂"。點心味道不錯,價錢相宜,但服務質素真的是每況愈下 煎臘味蘿蔔糕 - 煎得剛好、很香,蘿蔔糕足料,有很多蘿蔔粒,不會只有粉,配辣醬很惹味。 酥皮焗义燒包 - 熱辣辣的义燒包非常美味!包皮十分鬆脆,表面焗得金黃,外脆內軟甜甜的。义燒餡义燒肥瘦適中,醬汁很多。 賽螃蟹春卷 - 春卷皮炸得金黃卜卜脆,餡料足,有賽螃蟹、蝦、荷蘭豆,但味道偏淡。 潮洲蒸粉果 - 餃皮很煙韌,餡料足,味道豐富。 陳皮牛肉球 - 牛肉球軟軟彈牙,亦香牛肉味,加入莞茜,更加香口,加入喼汁更加美味。 杞子桂花糕 - 味道十分清甜,質地軟軟的不會過硬。杞子、桂花碎勻稱地篇佈一整夥桂花糕。添好運的點心味道值得一讚,但員工服務有很大的改善空間。員工說話語氣惡劣,面口黑黑,絕對會影響食慾。
