To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運既酥皮叉燒包, 一直知道它好味, 在旺角店時已吃過. 今次去新店試食, 店鋪果然大了, 走的仍然是平民路線, 價錢便宜, 但仍然要排隊等位, 好在也不是要等太久, 星期日的晚上8時, 2人位大約等10-15分鐘.新店有包廂房, 設有最低消費 $1000. 房內有比較高級的點心吃, 如果不是, 很難達到 minimum charge. 等候期間聽到知客先生說, 包廂房的booking, 包括中午和晚市, 在3個月內都已經爆滿了! 現在要book, 都是book3個月後的日子.(By the way, 知客先生都幾串架) 終於入到去, 依然是很逼, 快快食完便走, 不是給你嘆報紙那種. 當然第一時間叫出名的酥皮叉燒包, 馬拉糕, 燒賣等點心. 水準繼續keep住, 好吃! (當然啦, 等左咁耐, 又肚餓, 又熱騰騰出爐) 之後試了叫它的新口味甜品 – 黑松露燉奶. 幾貴架, 好似成$30-40, 係這餐最貴的點心. 首先, 我都知30-40蚊邊會有正既黑松露比你食丫. 但我覺得, 黑松露同燉奶係唔夾既. 因為佢鹹鹹地, 唔係乜都可以加黑松露嘛!2個人, 埋單好似唔使$200, 都好平

2個人, 埋單好似唔使$200, 都好平. 我覺得可以再來, 尤其是為了酥皮叉燒包. 當然針無兩頭利, 你要食, 就要忍受座位逼逼, 要搭枱, 伙計服務一般.
