To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾到訪多次,無論食物質素和服務水平都令人滿意。今次再度光顧,水準大不如前,食物質素下降好多。蝦餃味道怪怪,腸粉皮厚厚的又不滑,雞扎內的魚肚並沒有之前的飽滿多汁,每碟魚肚份量也少了,紅豆沙不綿和沒有陳皮味道,其他食物都是偏離水準。服務仍可接受,只是服務人員更換了,人數也不足,某程度上是比以往差了。希望餐廳可正視問題,不然顧客必然流失。
