To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好鍾意飲茶，可能飲親茶都同屋企人一齊，所以對飲茶有種情意，而家自己屋企一得閒都會飲茶。不過小朋友就鍾意花臣，所以得閒總要同佢地d有特色嘅飲茶地方，其中一間就係龍點心。每次必點嘅係佢嘅肉鬆馬拉糕，全個都係邊位，上面滿晒肉鬆，咸同甜交雜但味道唔怪；每一個推介係個椒鹽脆豆腐（即一口豆腐），外脆內軟，次次都可以食好多。其他點心方面，味道同一般點心差唔多，但都呈現得比較精緻。環境方面，龍點心的裝修新舊融合，既有懷舊感，配上霓虹光管，都好岩影下相
