To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇去石門飲茶食粥，呢間下午茶啲孖寶係抵食。雖然呢間唔係出名食粥，但係心癮到都嗌一碗試吓啦。係有啲失望嘅，不過其他嘢挽回返唔少分數。尤其是嗰個特價灌湯餃真係好足料， 十幾蚊一碗絕對係超值。虎皮尖椒都夠辣，但係啲魚肉就薄咗少少，口感爭啲。雖然下午茶都會嗌吓炒粉麵，乾炒牛河都幾夠鑊氣，牛肉都好多又唔韌又夠厚。另外個陳村粉同埋個叉燒腸都好滑，抵唔住頸都係清晒佢。最後食返黑椰汁紅豆糕，清一清個味蕾，又唔會太甜。另外，呢度啲乳鴿好食，但就比之前貴咗啲，所以就冇嗌啦。
