To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紅燒乳鴿這次算是水準之上,皮脆肉嫩。糯米卷也是水準,不景味道無走樣。至於兩味新年點心,鮑魚燒賣和發財就手,前者可以接受,只是無特別鮮味,而後者係最難理解的,因為是炆豬手,豬手好腍,但是一點味道也沒有,連花菇也一樣,以為有咁多醬汁,應該有啲味道,但係一點味道也沒有,這樣真的能夠留住客人嗎?我相信集團真的要諗諗佢哋想怎樣走下去⋯⋯
