To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係咩真係咁好生意?! 唔係旺時都要撘枱 = = 魚湯雜菌年糕嘩~ 一見到真係嚇親點解可以咁簡單，有D求其既感覺囉 = ="但個魚湯真係好濃又幾好味，年糕未夠淋，仲有D硬添。雜菌有乾菇同鮮冬菇，乾菇好有味道，用黎放湯幾好味。一碗就收28蚊，真係唔抵呀! 擂沙煎堆仔炸既擂沙湯圓，但呢個唔係好炸姐，只係沾上芝麻再放落油一陣熱一熱。不過湯圓皮好厚，有成半吋!! 雖然係好煙韌，但唔似食湯圓囉，似糯米池多D。芝麻餡OK姐，但唔夠流心，同埋多D餡會好味D! 香煎芋絲糕隔離兩張枱都有叫! 原來真係好味果喎~ 係一絲絲既芋絲糕! 仲有一粒粒既臘肉，好味! 金莎腸粉入面唔係油炸鬼，唔係春卷，而且網絲!! 用網絲冇咁熱氣，但有香脆既口感! 網絲入面有好多茶粒，好爽脆!!腸粉皮好滑!! 裡裡外外都咁好味!
