To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日本來諗住去鴨寮街食出哂名嘅腸粉，點知大排長龍，唯有下次有緣再食啦！點知塞翁失馬焉知非福，俾我試到一碗可能係最好味嘅清湯腩🍜大大隻字寫住「馳名清湯腩」，講乜都係假，試過先至係真話明清湯腩，第一時間試吓個湯底先，標榜以二十幾種藥材，配以牛骨、豬骨、老雞熬製而成，確係與眾不同，入口鮮甜帶肉香不涸喉，掂擋牛腩部分更加無得輸，軟硬適中，牛肉味濃香嫰滑，絕不黐牙，而且份量十足另外叫左個手三寶麵，有齊牛肚、牛筋、牛腩牛筋滑，香滑富骨膠原，牛肚爽，有咬口，牛腩就更加唔使講，呢個牛三寶必試，仲有麵底爽口兼彈牙除左牛腩掂，連奶茶、咖啡都好有質素，港式口味𢇁襪奶茶，茶香奶滑，而咖啡更加香醇濃郁，比很多咖啡店還要好，很不錯
