To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間禾彩據說係以前福緣既老闆開既，不過由於門口經常大排長龍，所以當日都係第一次去食，結果真係無令我失望！又抵食又真材實料！！每樣野都好新鮮！！三文魚壽司依個真係太出色了，三文魚既油脂非常豐富，而且又厚又大塊，以出面啲連鎖集團式既壽司店作比較，佢一件三文魚＝人地3－4件，超超超超超級好食！！點解可以咁誇張！！！花之戀壽司　／　帶子壽司花之戀既三文魚好厚身帶子好鮮味好甜！啖啖肉好滿足，依個價錢真係好值！！鰻魚飯原條鰻魚大大條，鰻魚唔乾身，肉質香軟，份量都幾大味增湯叫饅魚飯送既味增湯，比起其他菜式，味增湯就普普通通，好似無咩驚喜
