To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又來飯局!是日好友富豪 E 生日,一行六人光臨金鐘的「北京樓」。不得不承認,「北京樓」打造了港人對北京填鴨及拉麵的認知。回想小時候去「北京樓」,會有拉麵師傅出來即席表演拉麵絕技,食客尤其「老外」會看得目瞪口呆,讚嘆拍掌;可惜現在此情景已不復再。同樣,此次再光臨的味道亦比以往遜色。朝陽薺菜千張素鵝 這個少油少鹽之選,入口卻是太淡太乾,薺菜又帶苦澀;點了浙醋同吃,味道還可以。茉莉茶薰素鵝又是素鵝。這個還不錯,茶薰味頗香,素菜涵料也入味。向陽屯雞絲大拉皮 說穿了即是雞絲粉皮。加入麻醬及青瓜共偕連理,冷盤之中它最高分。六必居醬爆里脊絲配荷葉餅 這個炒肉絲倒是很好下飯,但只附上荷葉餅 四小塊,似乎有點不合比例 (?!)烤北京填鴨 這個是必點的名物。鴨是即燒,皮的確很香脆;但我們這隻填鴨或許是隻經常做 gym 的鴨,因為它的肉是非常瘦及乾,你們看圖也看得出吧。整體味道倒是有點失望。炒鴨崧生菜包 剩下的鴨肉從不會寂寞,用來二食,混了冬菇粒,甘荀粒,松子仁及唐芹炒,比填鴨還好吃。胡同里回鍋肉 這個很魔鬼,膽固醇爆燈,卻是搶飯之作。用餅皮包來吃,比包填鴨肉更出色。四川乾煸四季豆 四季豆一向是本少爺心頭好

,好名好名!這其實是個釀了紫米的小蘋果,燉至軟腍,並配上清甜桂花糖水同吃。本少爺一向不好甜品,也覺得它無論名字、賣相及味道也很出色,值得推薦!

其餘各人的甜品還有酒釀丸子及楊枝甘露芒果雪糕等。
