To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於有半价 coupon, 而且主題係 "安格斯牛扒節", 所以就同朋友一行 4 人去試食...由此期望太高. 點知.....以為五星級酒店好好食....估唔到可以貢難食... ~_~"食物種類少款! 食物 refill 好慢! 醬汁 refill 好慢! 牛柳又生又冇味! 長腳蟹又咸又 "鞋"! 薯蓉用薯粉+水整! 啲奶用水溝希! 唔係豆腐花係豆腐 "糕"!木瓜完全冇味!啲麵包放了好耐, 因為有一陣 "酸" 味! 主題係 : 安格斯牛扒節, 但全場得 2 款牛肉!!!! 已經唔 "就" 腳架啦...點知道啲野食可以咁難食...唔駛錢都唔會再去呀!!!!
