舖頭細細,有10幾個位,木系裝修好啱打卡,係位置偏僻啲。星期六三點左右去食下午茶,當時人唔多,店員告知60分鐘用餐時間、最低消費$90。聽到60分鐘用餐我已經呆一呆,仲要係非繁忙時間都有用餐時間。坐低認真睇吓餐牌,發覺一個班戟$85(未加一),換言之好大機會單叫班戟要叫杯嘢飲。*24小時浸煮鮮豚肉角煮慢煮蛋穀米茶漬飯 $120角煮豚肉係厚片豬五花,有三大片,帶超濃醬油香,肉質軟腍,瘦肉肥肉半半,入口唔會過油。溫泉蛋煮到啱啱好,滑嫩流心。茶漬飯當然要有茶同飯,飯偏硬,米香略淡,自己將茶倒入飯碗,茶味淡又唔香,完全俾醬汁香掩蓋咗。招牌燒海鹽忌廉麻糬班戟 $85班戟有好多味道可以揀,我揀咗伯爵茶。班戟厚身,質感介乎日式梳乎厘班戟同美式班戟之間,有啲份量但唔會覺得厚實,size偏細,單食班戟茶味偏淡,配埋其他配料水果就會食唔到茶味。中間有黑糖麻糬,少少甜,煙韌得嚟唔會似鼻涕嘅質地,面頭仲有少少吉士醬,帶蛋香但偏甜。北海道牛奶雪糕溶得好快,奶味香濃,配熱班戟一流,但奶味會掩蓋班戟茶味。
