To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開深水埗，諗起朋友介紹過一間餐廳嘅爆漿西多士好正，一定要去試，估唔到會係一間車仔麵檔😆見佢啲嘢又平好多選擇，揀咗幾款野試吓。爆漿華田西多士首先要介紹呢個西多士，真係勁好食😍上面係阿華田粉，中間有一層朱古力醬，一切開啲醬爆晒出嚟，真係勁流心勁好味😋雖然甜，但食完唔會覺得好漏，下次會為咗佢再去😆4餸車仔麵試過係其他餐廳食4餸車仔麵要成70蚊，呢度就好平啦，$48包埋嘢飲，而且每樣都俾好多，牛腩啖啖肉，冬菇同蘿蔔都大大件，夠𣺉夠入味，我要咗粗麵，配埋湯底，都好好味😊咖哩雞扒飯另外仲試咗佢嘅咖哩飯，咖哩汁好濃厚，用嚟撈飯真係一流，雞扒本身味唔重，要加埋汁一齊食就好味，下次試吓咖哩雞球，應該更入味。試咗幾樣野都好滿意，值得幫襯嘅小店😌

另外仲試咗佢嘅咖哩飯，咖哩汁好濃厚，用嚟撈飯真係一流，雞扒本身味唔重，要加埋汁一齊食就好味，下次試吓咖哩雞球，應該更入味。
