To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從它開舖到現在吃過幾次,都知質素每況月下。但今次食完真的非常嬲!新春期間換晒新春菜牌,完全沒茶味的茶要8元一位,也都不是問題,但價錢與食物質素完全不相符!小食要了個醬燒牛夾餅,得4塊牛,承惠65元,而且醬亦只是淋上去,根本看不出何來"燒"!再來炒麵和糖醋魚,尚算正常。最後叫了個干煸四季豆,索價68元,但由於係我最喜歡的菜式,幾乎每到吃上海菜的地方都會叫,所以也就叫了,誰不知就中伏!!!四季豆煮到淋晒,兼且一陣水味! 成碟野幾乎感覺唔到有炒過,似係烚熟撈埋 最嚴重係辣椒沒放,反而放了很多很多的生蔥,一陣戥味!本來唔想浪費,但真係食唔落,無奈地成碟放棄。感覺上好好一札四季豆,就給它糟蹋了。唉~整整大半碟,疑似經理的人將它收走時也無動於衷,只想快手清場入下一枱。對客人反應沒留意,對食物出品沒要求。這樣沒誠意的食肆,難怪這麼難吃了

四季豆煮到淋晒,兼且一陣水味! 成碟野幾乎感覺唔到有炒過,似係烚熟撈埋
最嚴重係辣椒沒放,反而放了很多很多的生蔥,一陣戥味!本來唔想浪費,但真係食唔落,無奈地成碟放棄。感覺上好好一札四季豆,就給它糟蹋了。唉~
