To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為意粉而來, 也是為了大家 update 個餐牌而來, 支持小店.唔叫都唔知這裡的相片, 原來都已不合用, 差不多完全是兩回事了, 已沒有堂食, 沒有餐湯, 沒有跟餐沙律, 致電去叫外賣自取, 嚇了一跳, 但!! 品質是可以的, 我隨便叫了個蕃茄海鮮意粉, 和煙三文魚牛油果意粉, 首先意粉她們選用似天使麵的粗幼, 這是可取的, 咬口亦佳, 但汁有"杰", 我見白汁和蕃茄也是不少, 就是水分不足, 我自行加了, 感覺更好, 海鮮有青口1隻,  帶子1開2, 2小片, 2隻蝦(已脫殼, 這點要讚, 本人十分不喜歡還要自己脫殼的), 沙律的菜很脆口, 我叫的時候完全無看餐牌, 原來是有火雞片的,  合理水平, 反而本人欣賞這個紙盒, 沙律的紙盒令我感覺幾好. 由於全餐價錢合理, 所以我也沒有額外期望.  也是因為外賣自取, 是完全不需等待, 也有電子支付, 本人滿意
