To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹一間在開遍韓式店舖的街內有一西餐廳,環境及裝潢比得上米芝蓮星星西餐廳,但價錢只需那些店的一半,甚至更平,自然吸引我這個鄉下仔見識吓。門口右邊放有一個酒櫃,有各式各樣的酒擺放,精緻得體,盡顯高貴的餐廳環境。小白板上寫上每日的'Daily Special' 有蠔,沙律,肉眼扒等。主餐牌食物不多, 主要set dinner 比較吸引。set dinner 款式不少--海鮮, 羊鞍, 牛扒等set dinner for 2自然是我心水之選。如有興趣食蠔, 都有美國或法國為主的生蠔供應食環境是我今次必須的, 因為浪漫的環境會令進餐的氣氛更好先上麵包, 簡單兩件, 配上olive oil and vinegar, 為我的美饌揭開序幕。先會有蠔, 所以配上一杯白檳, 此香檳為法國酒莊出品, 入口有淡淡的青蘋果味, 清新的口感加上少量的酒精味, "champagne"這字因一定要出自法國某地出產才可配上, 其他只可稱為sparkling wine, 故此顯得更矜貴。法國銅蠔,成長期比其他蠔慢成一半,在河生長至一半後,就移到中游讓它吸收礦物質,故此其海水味及金屬味很重,口中餘韻超長。Belon

份量真係非常好,我都已滿足,最後的甜品都是我至愛-- 朱古力,非食不可。
流心心太軟為熱食甜品,朱古力並不太甜,配較為乾身的蛋糕入口,口感軟淋剛好,蛋糕又不會因焗太久而散開,剛剛好。

從愛人不松不忙的微笑, 我肯定她非常滿意這一餐, 她更不時稱讚職員有禮貌, 為我們今餐服務得十分周到細心, 食物好之餘, 更配合環境、人事、安排令我們這一頓飯非常滿足!
