To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說呢間餐廳係去上環cafe時候路過 覺得喺街角格局幾有feel 重點係見到佢有多tap好吸引🤣🍻所以bookmark左 氣氛認真好唔錯 chill到一個點 都幾多外國人喺呢間餐廳食嘢🤭-🌮Breakfast tacos ($130)taco有滿滿嘅餡料 牛油果醬 煎蛋同埋大量椰菜絲 煙肉碎☺️taco皮我覺得更加似印度薄餅嘅質感 但自己唔算特別喜歡呢種嘅taco皮😗偏硬身少少 不過佢入邊嘅餡料幾好食~但煎蛋有啲太熟 如果蛋汁多啲會更加好😗整體正常發揮但係我覺得性價比唔算高-🥩Wagyu skirt steak and eggs ($258)呢個都應該算係呢度嘅signature 見到好多人叫🤭叫左medium rare 肉質係好粉嫩嘅紅色 佢係屬於比較薄切 但係同樣保留到軟稔質感 而且充滿肉汁好juicy 要點旁邊嘅青醬令到整體更鹹香🌝個牛扒本身脂肪唔算多.但係唔知係咪落得太多油去烹調 整體都偏多油-而我最期待嘅啤酒方面 店員超nice咁俾我哋試咗超級多款 但係可惜整體都唔算搵到一個特別喜愛 普遍嘅味道都係麥味偏淡 同埋酸啤比較多 所以自己唔算特別喜歡😗
