To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺CWB上完日文堂，決定同個同學仔揀間日本餐廳食晚飯，順便睇下大家睇唔睇得明店內既日文lol~翻翻menu，我揀左魚介黑醬油沾麵，上枱時見到個沾汁好濃郁，飲落微鹹回甘，麵條彈牙幼細，口感滑溜，再食埋肥美叉燒同糖心蛋，一碗沾麵就有幾種享受。同學仔叫左札幌味噌拉麵，佢比我試左幾啖，湯底同樣口感濃郁，充滿豬油同蒜味，麵條脹卜卜咁，有埋木耳、粟米同蔥絲，又油又鹹又香又甜。原來我地既日文已經有返咁上下水準，唔少日文字都睇得明，YO~
