睇食評好多都係寫老板娘發皮四多過寫食物,但凡事都要親身體驗吓方為真。lunch尾聲兩點嚟到,喺門口等咗一兩分鐘就有位。椅同椅之間距離淺窄,如果坐最入個客要走坐路口嗰個要起身讓路先夠行。姐姐好有禮貌,笑容滿面,百忙之中也能和熟客談笑風生。紋身哥哥英文「luck luck」聲,同樣有禮。店員間氣氛歡愉,老闆娘也正正常常,沒有傳說中的經常爆seed。燒鵝飯,$50,分量都幾足,兩份鵝,但如果可以配條菜賣相應該可以更吸引。酸梅鵝醬要同伙記要求先會俾。因為一般鵝飯同鵝脾飯價錢都差幾遠($88),所以都擔心會俾啲好差嘅部位,但最終都唔差,我呢碟肉都算厚。朋友叫燒鵝瀨就皮多過肉。我第一口食咗一片連肥膏嘅淨皮,脆皮,肥,有啲騷,但我鐘意。鵝醃料入味到入哂骨,但又唔會死咸,食完唔會口渴。自己建議配飯好過配瀨,因為瀨個湯令鵝皮冧咗,享受唔到個脆皮。
