To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我不是食評專家，只是很為食。去了幾次喜滿樓菜館，最鍾意食有幾款菜。第一款是芝麻雞，鍾意雞皮加上芝麻食落香脆卜卜，別處食不到，而且雞皮超薄，不油不熱氣。第二是椒鹽鮮魷，雖然間間都有得食，但這裡用的鮮魷特别肥厚，炸皮特別薄脆，最正是可跟椒鹽脆蝦雙拼，食齊兩種味道。第三是香檸一字骨，即是西檸骨，很喜歡這個香檸汁，食落有酸甜味，非常開胃，只是很簡單的菜式，已煮得很好味。菠蘿咕嚕肉的脆皮和甜酸度適中，也是我的至愛。
