To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係人都知熱氣野同辣野對皮膚唔係咁好，會刺激皮膚，好可能生豆豆，但有時美食當前又真係好難忍嘅，你懂的！富山炸雞塊 $38一睇到已覺好邪惡的炸物，外皮炸得鹹香酥脆，睇到都令人流晒口水，雞肉厚身得黎都幾鮮嫩多汁，絕佳口感。激辛味噌拉麵 $95湯頭偏紅，充滿視覺同嗅覺刺激，味覺自然亦唔洗多講，湯底喝落幾好入口，之後D辣慢慢標出黎，將湯加埋有嚼勁的麵一齊食，微辣的滋味更能促進食慾。又辣又熱氣，冒住面生瘡既危險都唔理得咁多喇，食左先講！
