To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上年開始發現北角呢間新小店，陸續比被墨魚頭，牛腩同魚蛋吸引左，食過就知實在唔錯，墨魚頭同魚蛋夠爽，牛腩夠焾，份量又足。呢間小店老闆親切有禮貌，幫襯得好舒服。坦白講，我其實係專登搭四，五個字車過嚟幫襯架！有少少改善的地方：1. 墨魚頭有啲渣，可考慮買細少少嘅墨魚2. 魚蛋質素下降，可試下其他供應商3. 金錢肚更好食4. 清潔可再改善5. 凍檸茶可少啲糖整體嚟講已經唔錯，車仔麵之家無開之後，呢間係不二之選，會繼續嚟幫襯！
