🍽招牌燒海鹽忌廉麻糬班戟 Signature Mochi Pancakes ($85)
班戟有藍莓、黑朱古力、花生煉乳醬等七隻味,上次食左伯爵茶,見隔離枱食黑芝麻味都好吸引,但愛茶之人最後都係揀左日本宇治抹茶。班戟係厚實型,抹茶澀味濃,怕苦的話可以同北海道牛奶雪糕及海鹽忌廉醬一齊食中和返,要讚下海鹽忌廉醬甜度比上次減輕左,食落無咁膩。切開班戟後有一塊煙韌嘅厚麻糬,另配穀物脆脆同水果粒,食完非常滿足。
