好鍾意食粉仔,所以去年佐敦十八座入選為「米芝蓮街頭小食店」,就一直心思思想試。今日路經荃灣海壩街,本來想去雄記整碗春卷河,赫然發現旁邊有十八座,於是二話不說轉軚。膽梗係馳名狗仔粉,大碗$27,細碗$20,我叫咗大碗,朋友叫咗細碗,碗粉一到我就起筷,到朋友提我要影相,我已經食咗好幾啖,所以以下呢張相,係朋友嗰碗:講返轉頭,碗粉一到,我一望,就知它只是而家坊間好流行的烏冬扮粉仔,而唔係廣州傳統用粘米粉與米飯搓均,再用筲箕「瀨」入熱水煮的粉仔,質感根本完全不同!湯底比較深色,亦沒有傳統粉仔那股香味,衰啲講其實似車仔麵湯,複雜,鹹,但問我究竟係咩味,實在講唔出。聽見我開口埋口「傳統粉仔」,各位可能覺得我好煩,咁堅持傳統口味,自己整啦笨,返廣州食吖笨!我唔係唔接受新口味的食品,我只係覺得,你叫得自己做「狗仔粉」,顧客就有合理期望,等如你叫豉油皇炒麵,師傅用意大利粉加豉油炒碟麵出來,可能都唔難食,但怪囉,同你預期落差好大囉。細雜$23,有四味餸,點睛係個千味醬,有點沙茶味,又有點沙嗲味,入口香到撲鼻,但又唔會一味死辣,好正!唯一缺點是這味醬油份好重,之後追加的魚皮餃,油份掛晒上餃皮面,好誇張,好似

哎呀,我醒起呀,叫細雜時,我有叫「少辣」,當時唔覺特別多油,到叫魚皮餃,哥仔問我「辣唔辣?」,我話「辣」,那些油,原來是辣油,可多可少,愈辣愈油,就係咁~
