To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早上到荃灣工作，從地鐵站行15分鐘到愉景新城食早餐。之前同事提議我去delifrance 食長通粉，說很好吃。此店在戲院門口的轉角處，店面本不大，但在店外有擺放桌椅，可容納更多人。早餐近10個選擇，最終選了烘芝士炒蛋小班里尼包，配迷你有機鮮蘑菇及香甜粟米蘑菇湯長通粉。烘芝士新鮮夠熱，入口即溶。感覺芝士同炒蛋隨著包一開二而分開了，起初吃不到炒蛋。但半硬不軟的面包配搭不錯。長通粉比我期望的遜色，因為長通粉無味，拌著蘑菇，粟米吃有點怪。咖啡挺香濃的，飲完好醒神。
