To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我去咗間洋溢著人氣嘅飯店，鐘意食中環三寶嘅朋友一定要留意咗！嗌咗份「金牌四寶飯」，叉燒啊，香甜得黎唔膩，肉嘅質感又夠腍，卜卜脆的燒肉皮得我完全停唔到口🤤，每啖都食到啲肉汁湧出嚟，真係過癮！飯量又啱啱好，夠晒飽肚。雞肉又幼滑得黎有啖啖肉嘅實在感，仲有嘅咸蛋，啱晒愛呷鹹嘅朋友。👍🏻配嘅凍飲啲冰塊清脆，飲落去清新解渴，真係食得開心又舒服。值得一讚嘅係，呢度環境幾乾淨，衛生又打得好分。我食嘅每一口都嘆為觀止，呢間餐廳確係有佢既獨特之處，可以話係心滿意足咁走人😌，下次仲會拖埋朋友再黎試其它菜式添！
