位置於荃灣三玻坊的(汀汀烤活魚),不熟悉荃灣區的朋友可能比較難找,附近都是大排檔,比較麻甩味,沒有優雅的裝修,或恬靜的環境,但味道會是重鑊氣,重口味,及重人情味。烤鉗魚(豆豉味)$258/條,鍾意食魚的我,第一次嘗試用豆豉味再烤鉗魚的做法,將鉗魚同豆豉及其他配料一起煮滾後,魚的肉質鮮甜嫩滑,又充滿豆豉香味,令到成個湯底十分惹味。雪花肥牛,牛肉的雪花分佈均勻,味道都good。紅薯粉$22,放在烤魚煱的濃湯內,索哂煮腍些就加更好味。秀珍菇半份$22,顏色雪白,肉質鮮甜。 椒鹽九肚魚$88,炸蒜量足,九肚魚香甜易入口,有咬口。
