To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

openrice都刷到了所以过去解决一下晚饭。刺身就是普通的水平，无功无过吧，但烤物非常之难吃，牛舌老到都咬不动，鸡软骨除了一点点咸简直毫无味道，唯一好点的就是鸡翅，但也只能说是普通水准。羊排也不好吃，黑椒牛肉也老。鲍鱼粥还可以比较清淡，虽然也没看见图上的蟹就是了。有提供烧酒但味道一般般。甜品不错。全场最好吃的甚至是草莓味的哈根达斯（笑死。200蚊还可以吃吃，300蚊太过了了，实在是普通。
