吃烤肉醬汁不可缺,牛角的醬汁有三種,依次是燒汁、魔法之鹽(加蒜蓉了)、辣味麵豉 超礦物海藻沙律;名字很給力,蔬菜新鮮,沙律汁也調得不錯,但有點咸。後來看OR食評才知道原來沙律汁裡面的啫哩是含膠原蛋白的,可惜咧我倆都沒吃那個,總覺得配菜有點奇怪… 上級牛肋肉:巨細份!擺盤也很求其,但味道還是不錯滴,肉質豐盈,肉味濃郁,只是不怎麼夠烤肉帝吃… 王樣!胸腹肉(鹽味牛油): 我們倆很雷的整塊放爐上去看,結果是外面都快焦了裡面還不熟,這時候看見有把剪子!原來要把肉先剪成細份再烤嘛!感覺這一款是更突出醃汁的味道,也是惹味香口的 香蔥溫泉玉子飯: 拌一拌再吃,集蛋香與海苔絲的脆口於一身。味道其實挺普通的,沒食評裡吹得那麼邪乎吧。 烤銅鑼燒真詭異,更詭異的是我們把它燒成足球了!什麼破技術呀餐牌說夾心是抹茶雪糕,咿?裡面怎麼都是紅豆蓉?雪糕溶化到哪去了?只有十分單薄的抹茶味… 牛角雪糕:這個還比較正常一點…運用了黃豆粉+黑糖的不敗組合,雪糕也奶味香濃,幼滑細膩 吃完這餐覺得我倆有點腦殘,下次還是不吃這種有技術含量的了。號稱烤肉帝,其實根本就是烤肉殺手嘛…下次還是吃現成的好了

Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
