呢幾日忽然轉涼,即時call朋友去打邊邊! 呢間起名真夠直接,就叫"打邊爐海鮮火煱"鮮活烤魚…平時都係食桂花,淡水魚,第一次食呢個竟然係沙巴龍躉。堅係新鮮嘅海魚,雖然係養魚,但個魚缸好乾淨,肉質結實,又唔好太老,兩斤幾嘅size 最好,夠嫩夠實肉,而且燒完之後再煮,啲味入晒又鮮,而且配菜都好入味,有大量我最愛嘅莞茜,自家制泡椒,大量菇同大豆芽,配菜都要清晒佢!! $400唔使食到咁大嘅海魚,真係自己整都無咁平呢!花甲蟹鍋 (肉蟹)上枱已經"嘩嘩"聲,成個煲有勁多蟹,同配菜,點人口裡面仲有好多好多花甲! 未滾前食左啲花甲先,好鮮甜juicy, 食下又有,食下又有,好似食唔完咁?! 我地已經好努力食,因為驚啲花甲太熟,會靭,我食下一碟,又一碟,前前後後食左有30隻! 問下老闆,佢話裡面有兩斤幾花甲,超誇張! 即係有百幾二百隻係入面!唔怪得個煲咁重啦! 而啲蟹都有斤幾,完整嘅有兩隻中蟹,仲搭左幾隻大蟹鉗! 啖啖肉! 仲有配菜,好多菇菜!不得不講係個湯底,食晒啲海鮮飲啖湯,啖啖清甜,而且仲有好重胡椒味,係呢個轉涼嘅天氣,一飲落去,個身即時暖晒! 好正,又唔太辣!本地手切新鮮牛頸脊食完海鮮,用埋
