烤魚以盆盛著上枱, 盆下面放入小火爐, 邊食邊烤。烤鱸魚嘅香料味道帶鮮及香, 味道有層次。魚嘅肉質不錯, 肉質鮮嫩、柔軟, 味道鮮美又惹味!

《配菜四款》有大豆芽、秀珍菇、金針菇、芹菜四款, 放入烤魚湯汁中, 吸收晒魚湯嘅精華, 好味😋!
