To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天得閑去了尖沙咀的k11,商場內人頭湧湧,充滿節日氣氛。約了朋友在大都烤鴨午餐,餐廳環境同坐位尚算舒適。坐低首先叫了兩個前菜,第一個是星形的水晶牛肉,十分特色,另一個是之前在香港沒有食過的燻鱼,燻魚似我喜愛食嘅生炒骨,皮脆咬落去又有魚肉鮮味,味道十足。再來是小籠包,小籠包實在做得不錯,外觀已見薄皮內滿滿的濃湯。片皮鸭這一味來得皮脆肉嫩,可以講贏得掌聲,明乎其實招牌菜。小黃魚煎得皮脆肉滑,恰到好處。冬瓜蛋白亦十分特色。幾個人叫了兩個麵,第一個黃魚麵,湯底鮮甜,另外的雞肉煨面味道亦不錯。甜品两個更值得推薦,驢打滾完全似好好食嘅糯米糍,佢嘅糯米皮薄薄,甜味適中。最後嘅高力豆沙亦十分美味,可以再食多幾次。這一間以烤鴨為名的餐廳其實其他食物都值得推薦,可以留在香港唔使北上食烤鴨了。
