To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

個蝦片到好薄,加埋D青瓜片,好精緻。食落有D芝麻味。個重點係個片皮鴨,皮好薄好脆,D佐料好清新,同一般既片皮鴨唔同。包住片皮鴨既皮都好薄。果晚仲飲左燉湯,好滋補。樣樣菜式都好精緻,D哈密瓜同提子都好好食。我好中意飲茶,但佢D茶唔係太靚,如果有回甘既茶就好啦!兩個女仔食都唔太食得晒。細食既人可考慮3個人食兩人份既SET DINNER.服務態度還可,茶式一道一道順住上,可以慢慢食,環境都很寧靜。好舒適
