雖然近幾年旅遊的目的地都是日本,但在香港能品嚐到的東西往往在外地便會光芒頓失,所以即使磯丸水產在日本人氣有多高、分店網絡有多方便,我卻仍從未在日本一試——當然,焱丸水產與磯丸水產的背景並沒有任何關聯,但在日本品嚐磯燒始終因著焱丸水產而吸引力大減,更何況在香港的焱丸水產水準實在絕不遜色。青蘋果颱風乳酸 ($68) 白桃梳打 ($52)店員向我們推薦數款新飲品,不喝酒的我倆最後選擇了兩款無酒精特飲,青蘋果颳風乳酸較為特別,清新舒爽,酸甜開胃,頂層更有大量冰凍青蘋果粒。大關五點盛 ($250)五款刺身包括帆立貝、油甘魚、吞拿魚、三文魚及海膽,每件厚切各有三件,肉質鮮美。當中又以海膽最得我心,味道鮮甜之餘口感綿滑豐腴。蟹味噌雲丹刺身 ($108)本來覺得結合蟹味噌和海膽會是風馬牛不相及,畢竟兩者皆屬於偏重濃味的食材,結果出乎意外地蟹味噌與海膽的味道仍得以突顯發揮,並沒有互相蓋過對方。海膽的甜更中和了蟹味噌的鹹,相輔相成更加出色,配上蟹肉和三文魚子等其他材料亦令口感更為豐富。岩手縣生蠔 ($68/隻)生蠔體積足足有手掌之大,肉厚爽滑而帶適度海水味。焱丸號 ($158)焱丸號其實是三件軍艦壽司,特

雖然整體價格並不便宜,是晚我倆人均消費逾七百元,個人覺得各種菜式的性價比有高有低,例如焱丸號和蠔鍋飯都屬於超值之選,至於鮑魚殻燒則是不試亦沒有損失,豐儉由人,即使預算不大相信還是能夠捧腹而回。
