今次係我地隔左好耐再黎食嘅餐廳,都無令我地失望! 我地今次主要叫左啲燒物食- 三文魚冷麵:
呢個三文魚冷麵好新鮮,佢係用三文用作為冷麵,所以喱個菜式係無麵的。芝士蟹肉甲羅燒:
甲羅燒內含蟹肉、芝士、魚籽和鵪鶉蛋,煮的過程中就能聞到蟹香。味道非常濃郁,蟹肉的鮮味和芝士的濃香相互融合,而蟹膏的鮮味更是出色。黑松露蟹肉甲羅燒:
比起芝士,呢個就結合咗黑松露同鮮美嘅蟹肉,燒烤之後散發出黑松露嘅獨特香氣,同蟹肉嘅鮮甜完美融合。我超級鐘意食呢個啊,絕對係超級推薦!我個人比較鍾意黑松露味!鮑魚同大蝦殼燒:

香蔥和牛炒飯:
呢個炒飯以香蔥同和牛炒成,飯粒嘅香氣同和牛完美結合,非常香,大推。

洋梨燒酎:
呢個洋梨燒酎嘅酒精度適中,口感清爽順口。

值得一提係上菜時間好快,建議可以慢慢食慢慢嗌。

和朋友專程到尖沙咀搵居酒屋晚餐,來到棉登徑街尾;朋友介紹的日本精裝居酒屋,門面很吸引,內裏裝修也好有特色,真係有去到日本嘅感覺。看到每張枱都有一個小小的爐頭,就知道大部分都是即煮海鮮食品,咁我哋當然就點咗唔同嘅海鮮:有元貝,鮑魚,大蝦,白蜆甲羅燒,再加上特別嘅三文魚掛麵和魷魚天婦羅!而且居酒屋最大特色嘅當然就係可以飲唔同嘅酒啦,而家居酒屋更加有特別嘅類似雞尾酒嘅酒類,可以畀我們選擇!我就選咗威士忌梳打加梅,朋友就飲推介嘅菠蘿雞尾酒。每樣食材都新鮮甜美,只要加少少鹽或者五味粉就已經極之美味,再加上特別嘅雞尾酒,實在喺令你愛不釋手!食到唔想走!

食日本野癮起既話,其實香港都好多好好既選擇,焱丸絕對係一間我覺得比日本既居酒屋更加好既餐廳,因為食物質素真係好高,真係每次食都好有驚喜。首先喺焱丸食飯個氛圍真係好舒服,好有喺日本既感覺,所以d野食零舍好味。不過其實d食物都好高質,好新鮮,首先叫左個焱丸活貝大盛,見到兩隻手掌咁大隻既鮑魚好新鮮咁郁就已經流哂口水,其實仲有帶子,蠔同蜆都好正,全部都勁鮮甜,另外最好既就係有專人幫手燒,可以坐定定等食又唔洗諗幾時夠熟幾時食得,燒得啱啱好,無野可以挑剔。之後叫左紫菜魷魚鬚天婦羅感覺好香口,皮脆魷魚勁彈牙,食到食唔到。最後就有蟹籽蟹肉薯仔沙律,蟹肉份量勁多,清清地勁開胃。

不過其實d食物都好高質,好新鮮,首先叫左個焱丸活貝大盛,見到兩隻手掌咁大隻既鮑魚好新鮮咁郁就已經流哂口水,其實仲有帶子,蠔同蜆都好正,全部都勁鮮甜,另外最好既就係有專人幫手燒,可以坐定定等食又唔洗諗幾時夠熟幾時食得,燒得啱啱好,無野可以挑剔。

店內的裝飾讓人彷彿置身日本居酒屋一樣,有很親切的感覺。店員非常有禮貌,當天下雨只有我們這一台一早預約,所以基本上是包場一對一服務。朋友和我分別點了刺身飯,名稱不太記得,但影了相,很豐盛的。還有點了甲羅燒,這個是最讚的:份量多,而且很入味,送青瓜吃令人感覺不會膩。還有點了螺,店員也是全程服侍幫我們燒,食落也很新鮮。我會推介朋友到這裏吃飯。只是不太容易找到這個地方:因為路口有個地盤阻礙了出入,我也是一開始右轉找不到,回頭左轉行到盡頭才找到。不過也沒有影響用餐體驗。
