刺身都為厚切, 絕對滿足口感。刺身包括有牡丹蝦、生吞拿魚、油甘魚、三文魚同埋馬糞海贍。牡丹蝦超級肥美, 很鮮甜無比! 三文魚雖然不是腩位, 但依然有很香既魚油味。而我最愛既絕對係呢度既馬糞海贍, 海膽絕對沒有半點腥臭, 入口即溶, 沒有甘, 極之鮮甜! 令人回味!!

甲羅燒絕對唔係間間整得好食, 好多時都燒得太乾, 如果加上味噌, 味道會極之鹹。
但黎呢度絕對係值得一試味噌蟹甲羅燒! 味道調教得剛剛好, keep到水份, 雖然加左味噌, 但味道唔會太鹹。蟹膏味什濃, 最後加上脆麵包糠, 配上脆多士食, 簡直絕配!!

白鱔燒過後掃上燒汁, 其實跟燒鰻魚一樣, 燒後肉質仲keep到原汁原味, 沒有因為被燒後而流失水份, 皮既位置更帶點脆。

隻蝦大隻得幾乎有爐面咁長, 又大隻又肥美。店員將蝦燒至全熟, 再送上三色汁醬比我地吊味, 隻蝦很爽而略帶點甜, 如果點辣味噌醬, 味道又會重一點。

新鮮鮑魚係燒既過程中仲識郁, 非常新鮮! 店員將鮑魚燒成8成左右熟, 令食落口感帶爽口, 可以食到原汁原味既鮑魚。

而我就唔太好柚子, 所以就揀左呢款蕃薯雪糕。蕃薯味同樣很重, 甜度岩岩好, 出面好少可以食到!!! 絕對值得推介!!

呢度主打既海鮮浜燒果然名不虛傳, 每款都很新鮮, 服務亦招呼周到, 有機會一定會再來~~
