To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都冇飲茶食點心,今晚興起就到左位於觀塘道的龍點心開餐啦,點心出品造型特別又精緻。港原味燒賣拼盤,有6款味道,甜梅菜扣肉燒賣、懷舊燒賣、沙嗲牛頸脊燒賣、蜆蚧魚肉燒賣、粟米肉粒燒賣同芫茜🌿馬蹄燒賣。款款都各有特色,味道特別,喜愛芫茜味的朋友話好正,我食到馬蹄的清甜爽口,配合得唔錯。口水汁龍利魚腸粉,因老友怕辣故醬汁就分開上,腸粉皮有韌性,包住軟淋的魚肉,我將原條腸粉浸入辣椒🌶️油內,都不會很辣,幾惹味啊。松露野菌晶瑩餃,入口有滿滿的香濃松露味,很健康。拉絲菠蘿包,菠蘿包甜度剛好,皮香脆質感鬆軟。
