To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食開牛角buffet,今日試吓單點,嚟到又一城呢一間牛角專門店今日大概5:00嚟到。唔係話太多人。 等咗一陣就可以入座。單點叫咗七樣嘢,大部份都係牛,唯獨一份係豚肉。 最貴嗰兩份係:1) 日本九州極上黑毛和牛牛肋肉(6片)$142以及2)日本九州極上薄燒黑毛和牛(2片)$125呢兩碟牛肉送到枱上的時候,就咁望落去都可以見到份牛個樣好唔同,係高級少少嘅牛肉😋 !燒落去大概燒到7、8成熟就配牛角飯食🥰

最貴嗰兩份係:

呢兩碟牛肉送到枱上的時候,就咁望落去都可以見到份牛個樣好唔同,係高級少少嘅牛肉😋 !
