To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角喺香港都算係街知巷聞嘅燒肉店,價錢都算是比較貴同食物質素都高級啲!呢一間位於元朗廣場嘅牛角,晚市都算多人等位,不過今次我想介紹嘅係午餐🤣今次閒日午市去食,人當然不多,入到去職員就幫我地set好部pad落單一拎起Menu就見到95蚊包含兩款牛肉,覺得相比平時都抵食,就兩個人揀左4款牛share! 我另外加左個牛油帶子,賣相可以但稍為有點油!最後牛肉黎齊就開爐燒牛肉了!我認為最好味都係牛舌同腹胸肉,前者好爽口 後者唔會太韌又不會成pat脂肪!若大家想食午餐時又想食得特別少少,牛角都係唔錯嘅選擇!
