To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 天氣有點涼，又係吃火鍋的時候。午餐時間，食客不少，而且火鍋湯的香氣撲鼻，都幾吸引。餐廳以日系裝修風格，主要以卡座為主。而且樓底高又幾開揚，坐得舒適。這兒供應的是－人－鍋的曰式火鍋，亦有曰式定食等，價格由$68-$258。Set A 丹麥豚梅肉、新瀉雞爽肉$108今日我點sukiyaki 湯+$10。嘩！這火鍋的材料都幾豐富，有丹麥豚梅肉、新瀉雞爽肉、肉丸、粟米丸和蔬菜，還有雞旦、白飯及餐飲！Sukiyaki 湯味道濃厚，燙過的都有日式醬油風味，蔬菜十分新鮮，味道鮮甜；那丹麥豚梅肉切得很薄，肉質ok, 唔鞋口；而那新瀉雞爽肉真係爽口，但又唔會韌，幾特別；肉丸軟滑，大大粒的豬肉丸風味，加上軟腍的粟米丸，味道甜香，蔬菜十分新鮮，加上香軟白飯，十分飽足。咖啡是日式即磨咖啡，味道香濃甘香，加上忌廉奶，口感香滑，不錯吧。
